Meal in a Glass

1 ½ c. soy milk
2 T. nuts
½ banana (frozen, out of peel)
¼ c. seeds (pumpkin or _____)
½ c. frozen peaches
¼ c. granola
8 grapes (red or black)
1 T. canola oil

2 T. pure honey or black strap molasses, sweetener and sweetened per taste.
Pour liquid in a blender; add desired fruits and other ingredients; blend 60 seconds or until completely smooth.
