7 Cloves of garlic
Peel onion and garlic. Cut into pieces. Wash grapefruit and lemons (DO NOT PEEL). Drop all in a stainless steel pot with two (2) quarts of distilled water. Bring to boil. Reduce immediately to simmer for 10 minutes. Add 1/2 teaspoons of Cayenne pepper during the last 3 minutes of simmer. Strain and drink 2 to 4 ounces 3 to 4 times a day or as needed. Use for colds, allergies, sinus infections or minor infections.
Can be covered and refrigerated for up to 3 weeks.
